2013 c250 sport dual exhaust
Hello I want to do a dual exhaust set up I have c63 oem diffuser ,AMG tips ready just need help on which mufflers set up to use and size of best possible piping in inches for best performance ..... I have decided that I do want to go with the dual rear muffler set up verses the resonator delete and single dual outlet muffler which just then welds tips at rear because you can see that there is something missing and I don't like that look ..I want to keep factory resonator for quietness ..don't want loud sound at all .... I have read several threads on different set ups so I have a pretty good idea on how it will pan out just need help on recommendations on brand of mufflers . interested in the magnaflow 11365 that saw on other members thread any feedback?? plz thank you all .

your exhaust on the right is gonna be an an angle since C250's arent meant to be dual so that trunk takes up extra space, but that is what i experience when i had mines done. run a y pipe and it should workout fine

I am more into looks and not sound period. I installed a Y pipe after the stock mid silencer as you can see in the pic. Space is very limited reason why I went for Magnaflow 11365. Little louder than the stock muffler but nothing to brag about. In fact, I could barely hear the exhaust after putting 2k miles on it since last installed. Maybe it is just me! There is no heat shield on the pax side. The muffler shop will take care of the exhaust pipe. They used 2" on mine after the Y and fabricated muffler hangers on the pax side. Suggest to pick a Muffler shop who do clean weld.
Or you can replace the stock mid silencer and do it this way. The choice is yours.

Wow, thanks so much for sharing those pictures and detailed info. The Y-Pipe setup is exactly what I'm trying to go for myself. I, too, am not too concerned with the performance gains so much as I am improving the aesthetics and getting rid of the lame single exhaust on a C250. I also DO NOT want to turn this into a fart pipe and have it sound like some ricer.
I'm trying to line up a local shop to look into what it would cost me.
Bumping this thread in case others are interested...did a random search in the boards and found this

Here's another option that I did on my c250 coupe a couple of year ago. No drone sound at all with resonated tips. I may be doing this for my c350 sedan except having a 2in/2out muffler.

Dame, thanks so much for sharing. Do you have any videos of the exhaust by any chance? Looks fantastic, just trying to get a feel for the sound.
Bethesda, MD? Nice. I just moved from that area to the west coast.

This was the completed thread on the exhaust with information and video. Oh and welcome to the East Coast. Bethesda is a nice area. I am in DC now, around the Brookland area.
