I had a perfectly preserved white moth seating on the same spot where your dead lizard is. It did not really bothered me unless every time I clean the car. When the car got hit last November I asked the body shop to blow it away with a air compressor. If that doesn't work you need to remove the rear light and shake it off. Too bad it is not really a T-Rex inside your lights.

Check out the 6th picture in this thread, the whole tail light can can be removed!
You don't have to drill any holes and compromise the original structure of the tail light housing.
Good luck!

You can see how the tail light housing is fixed on the car from the pictures. Just need the right tools to reach the nuts and bolts under the trunk lining

actually i did remove the taillight unscrew the 4 nuts but i have no way to take those things out... what i'm thinking was to make a hole at the in house casing to blow those creatures out...unless i have ways to remove the surface cover
Just found out it contains 1 spider , tiny lizard, fly and moth
