new LED Projector Headlight Pair
#652
Sorry to see people having problems with their headlights. About 11 months ago, I had to replace one entire unit when the C-shaped parking light stopped working. Fishcake was really helpful during the return process. Other than that, they have been working flawlessly ever since.
I bought the LED sidemarkers from fishcake as well, however those throw error codes pretty regularly. They always light up, but sometimes ill get a code.

FIGURED IT OUT! there are 2 wires inside the light housing, Brown and yellow. they go into a plug that has a clip to make sure it goes in the right way, problem is, it needed to be flipped. I taped it up to make sure it would not vibrate apart. But Problem solved!

Problem is, it keeps vibrating loose. And it'll come undone by itself overnight. Trying gorilla tape today. If that doesn't work, I'll either shrink tube or remake the connector.
Glad I'm not the only one!

Open a ticket with them. They were really helpful getting the sidemarker issue fixed. They will ship you a modified version that has an in-line resistor soldered on. Just replace your sidemarkers with the new ones and send em back.

Hello,
Well I got a good deal on a set of these projector headlights on Craigslist (I know but I did test them outside the car). They came with 4300k bulbs Lexus Ballast (weird I know), but I ordered 6000k Bi-Xenon HID kit from Unique style Racings thinking this is the best way to go since they sell the same headlights I bought off Craigslist.
Well first my problem was with the New 6000k bulbs the headlights were not working then I figured out that the harness to the ballast was backwards even though the clips would lock in place, now its flipped not locking in place so I zipped tied them and wala it worked.
So then I was adjusting the headlights to level them out and one was way too high. Once I got it inline the beam didnt look right too me comparing it to the passenger side headlight. I flipped the high beams on to test them out...
All of a sudden the passenger headlight is stuck on High beam (brights) with turning on and off the low beam to high beam. Then I see that the driver side was stuck on high beam (reason why the beam was for far off from level, it was stuck on high since the beginning).
So Now I have both high beams on and won't turn back to low beam. Can anyone help me out on this?
thanks

If anything you might need a new hood, fender and front bumper. I could be wrong but most likely a new hood. As for the headlights conversion, I kno for a fact your going to need a new pigtail

From looking at the pic, it seems like u just needed the 2015 hood. It should be ez once u put it together. I just finished my 2011 c300 to facelift c63. Only thin to worry was the headlights connection. Main key for it was the pigtail . U should be ok. I'm looking forward to see the out come of it. Good luck

Followed this thread for a while now and decided to join now I have a set!
I got mine from WPLamps in China, arranged with Mark from there. They have 5000k HID's pre-installed and they also have the levelling motors built in too
Got them last week, wanted to test them today as I haven't obtained a FL bonnet or FL bumper yet. Plugged them in (just the one connector needed which is my cars original connector) and nothing powers up at all. On the dash I get 'rear right numberplate light out' and 'front parking light out'...
I was expecting the number plate one anyway as I get that from time to time even though it's fine. But for nothing at all to power up in the new headlight? Seems strange. I've tried it with just the ignition on, then with the engine on, tried all the settings on the light dial within the car. Can't think of anything else. I've emailed Mark to see if he has any suggestions, thought I'd join on here to see if anyone else experienced the same.
I'm aware I eventually need the car hooked up to star to set xenons=present but I thought that is to just power the shutters? I've seen people who just hooked them up to the cars connector to test both lights work, cannot see why mine won't do anything

Seems these are prone to random issues. I have had mine for several months now, and am getting intermittent issues with the passenger side C light and the diver side high beam shutter sometimes does not go down when high beams are turned off.

Well it's time for me to join as well
In January 10 months ago I purchased the headlights from euro4parts.com
& the arrived in a very big box which I didn't open until yesterday
been travelling allot lately and finished a 4 months in the army so it's time for my car back again.
Opened the box, there are another 2 inside one for each head light packaging was amazing but one of the headlights was broken or lose from the inside the lens it self is bouncing just if i touched or moved the headlight
while the other one even if I shake the full headlight it was intact.
I took it to a garage and asked them to try find a solution for it :@ even if it was to super glue for now what ever thats making it mave.
As I'm getting the car done for lowering springs tomorrow or day after i'm excpecting the Kleeman package New tires and repainted the wheels

USR ended up sending me a replacement baseplate with the circuitry to fix my "C" LED on the passenger side. The fix worked, but now my passenger side high beam is sticking
I give up. After a ballast burning out, two attempts to fix the LED, and now the high beam sticking, I think I will just retrofit my stock housings through lightwerkz
EDIT: would it be possible to replace the entire projectors with new ones, such as morimotos or FX-R's? Or is the problem in the new baseplate/circuitry?

Hello everyone...I ordered a w205 to replace my w204, so I am possibly switching cars in early November.
I wanted to send out a feeler to see if anyone was interested in purchasing my working DEPO lights. I have had this pair installed for over a year with no problems. The C's, turn signals and 5000K low beams all work flawlessly.
If anyone is interested, shoot me a private message. They are still installed on my c250 right now, but I can remove them in the next few weeks if I get the w205. I should know by early November. I would obviously sell them for a discount compared to what they cost brand new.
