Moving from staggered to non-staggered
Hello folks,
I have 2011 C300 sport/base model, I'm upgradings the rims, I found 17"x7.5 or 18"x8 all around Lexani wheels that I fell in love with, so that will force me to go non staggered.
Currently, my tire setup as follows: Front: 225/45R17 and Rear:245/40R17,
What would be the ideal tire size I should have without causing problems to these suspension sensors?
Also, do you think I stay on 17" and might be able to recycle couple of tires and buy 2 only or go 18" with four new tires? Thank you!

If u go 17s, you will only be able to use the 2 tires you have if they're not worn yet. If you have more than a couple thousand miles on them, replace and sell the used ones.

Thank you all for the replies, here is the wheels I liked! What you guys think?
Also, the only 17" is 17x7.5 not 17x8 Will that still work? Ultimately, trying to keep the front tires so I save on pair of tires and TPMS, it's like $300-400 savings between 2 new tires and sensors.
Is it worth it?
One last thing, anyone will be interested in buying the stock rims? They are in perfect condition, the car has less than 9k miles on it.
