I'm no expert but if two dealers are comparable it's probably about the best you are going to do. The numbers you quoted are similar to those on the Mercedes web site.

Since this is the end of the model run for the W204 you may be able to get another 1.5-2% off. I purchased, not leased, a 2013 last June and received 14% off from a dealer in the Washington, DC suburbs.

We have several services here that negotiate on your behalf, or have pre-negotiated prices. The states should have tons of these as well. You should compare your deal against some of those. If stratman is right and those are basically MSRP numbers, sounds like you are getting hosed. I thought USA was the land of the free and the home of below-invoice pricing.

The residual in Canada on a 27 month lease is only 66%. Why is it worth 2% less in Canada? haha
On a side note, I was wondering if we could take our cars to our own mechanics for servicing? Will that void the warranty? If not I'll just get the first class lease servicing package.. It's just that the dealership is pretty far away from where I live..

In the U.S., it's not supposed to void the warranty, but I have no idea what the situation is in Canada.

Residuals are non-negotiable so that's a moot point to worry over, unless you plan on buying it out at the end, but since you're looking at such a short lease, it's probably unlikely you want to buy it out. In your case, the higher the residual the better since it makes your payments lower.
I think the same rules apply up in Canada, else places like Mr. Lube/Jiffy Lube would get lambasted for advertising that going to them won't affect your warranty. You just need proof that the service was done, when it was done, and that the correct parts were used.
I think I read somewhere though that if you use the dealership for service, it comes with complimentary roadside assistance for that year, but I might be wrong.
