Which model do u reccomend based on those criteria and a 50k budget?

Factory ordered 2012 MB C350 w/Dynamic Handling Package
My criteria was the same. After all the papers/tax mine ended up being $49,900 OTD.
This was for a factory ordered C350 with the dynamic handling suspension package and every aspect of the car chosen to my liking (granted I had to wait 8 months for delivery).

BUT...since you're asking this question this late in the year, why not wait 3-4 months longer to see if you like the W205?

'11 C350 '13 F150 lariat
honestly after having a 08 C350rwd and an 11C350rwd I would say the build quality isnt as good. My 08 was more solid and took the miles much better than the 11. Not as impressed anymore w MB I have a 14 E350conv and its noise already w 10k on it. lease them and give them back I will never own one long term, altho I do love MB just being realistic
