Mods finished - Ready for summer: Many thanks to our forum sponsors!
I haven't done huge modifications but I have done enough for me for the time being and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank our forum sponsors for excellent products and the great deals they continue to offer us here.
R1Concepts - http://www.r1concepts.com/default.aspx provided my new cross-drilled rotors and ceramic pads on all four corners. Near zero brake dust off the pads and incredible stopping power. In addition to the pads/rotors there were all new clips, caps, rubber plugs, sensors, etc).
Nitrous Garage - http://www.nitrousgarage.com/home.php provided the wheels, tires, and TPMS. Eric over at Nitrous Garage was extremely helpful throughout the entire wheel/tire selection process. Pretty sure I started out with 20 different wheels I was interested in. Eric helped me get to the right decision and look I was going for here and I can't thank him enough! Wheels, tires, TPMS (installed and VIN matched), mounted, balanced, and shipped to my door with all new lugs for all wheels -- no one came remotely close to the total package price that Nitrous Garage provided here. Highly recommend you give these guys a look if you are in the market for new wheels or tires (or both!).
Gary@Suvneer - provided the front lip which matched up with the pre-facelift C63 front bumper. Been in contact with Gary for quite some time after he discontinued the sale of the W204 pre-facelift bumper hoping he would get them back in stock. I was lucky to find the same bumper elsewhere and incredibly happy that Gary still had the CF front lip still on hand. Price and shipping it was a great deal - everything was packed perfectly and securely. Fitment was dead on which I fully expected given the great feedback Gary has received in the past.
Pre-facelift C63 style bumper - was damaged before it was even shipped and the seller was...less than cooperative in making me whole. Luckily the place I had it prepped and painted was able to resolve the imperfections at no additional charge (probably felt bad for me...). My only advice is choose your vendor carefully here but all of these aftermarket parts are a total crap shoot.
55Tech Motors (eBay) - has my new C63 grille on the way. Looking forward to seeing this installed this week. Jason is extremely helpful and has excellent products and a wide selection.
JBSPEED - Been a long time sponsor here on the forums and I finally went ahead with the rear spoiler. Been on the fence for awhile on this one but going to try it out.
Pictures below - again thanks to our forums sponsors here!

That is also completely stock suspension just in case anyone was wondering. Debated dropping it but after having the wheels on there for a month the look suits me fine.
Wheels and Tires
19x8.5 ET45 Avant Garde M590
235x35x19 Continental DWS
Ride is near same as stock with 17's and 40/45 tires...lots of potholes around here still after the winter...just have to watch where you are driving =)

Looks like you live on the East Coast. Nice ride and thankful the summer is here. Jim do you need a spoiler to match that nice Carbon Fiber front lip you have? I am selling a MCD big trunk spoiler let me know if you are interested. PM and i can send pics to you. =)

Spec: I actually ordered a body matched standard spoiler for the car already from JBSpeed here on the forums. Wasn't 100% sold on putting a spoiler on the car as I like the way the rear looks without it but I am going to give it a shot =)
Thanks everyone for the compliments - lots of hard work put in on this car so far with a little bit more to go. Would have been clueless on most of this stuff without the contributors to this forum, so thank you to everyone here as well!
