After the the re-flash the the message was "No fault code stored in the fault memory."
Can someone interpret this for me.
Thanks

You had the car scanned ~ why?
It through up ESP module codes which can be due to many things from connections to a Yaw sensor not being plugged in properly.
There was a reflash of what? ECU?
The car is no longer storing codes so everything is OK?
Yes?

I was having the ESP light faulting on the dashboard with power steering disengagement. Then the ESP corrected itself on a slop. Thereafter, the head lights and left/right signals were working in conflicting patterns, intermittently.

Overwriting or simply deleting the stored fault from the memory has not yet fully normalised the functioning of the car. The signal appear to be working inconsistently. The battery was recently changed due to these inconveniences. But reoccurrence of the issues (signals working inconsistently) has surfaced--again having to delete the ESP fault from the firmware to no avail.....

Yes?
My Q was what do those coded numbers means? Do they mean different things? Plz interpret them for me. The dealer say the ESP needs replacement but another service centre strongly differed from the dealer's recommendation.

The ESP unit is mounted on the face of the ABS Block. There is no sign of ABS trouble which can trigger ESP nonsense. You might well have an ESP module failure.
Check the following.
- ESP harness plug for corrosion or pin damage
- Check that the Yaw sensor is properly seated in the trunk.
- Start the car and turn the steering from lock to lock 5 times to reset the steering angle sensor
- Have battery & alternator voltages checked.
If none of this helps get the dealer to change the ESP module on the condition that if it does not fix the problem you do not pay.
Good luck.

A failing battery/alternator can cause many spurious codes.
