One new, never used, Mercedes Benz W204 C-Class Sport Grille AMG style bought from 55tech recently. I can't use a w204 illuminated star with this grille so I am selling it. $180 or Best offer.
I might be interested. I just bought the same grill (from a different eBayer) and the centre star isn't aligned/centred. I've tried twisting it but it reaches a point where it doesn't turn anymore and is still a good 5-10 degrees off centre. Any ideas?

I don't understand.
An original chrome Mercedes Benz star should never twist freely, it has a V shaped notch on the back that fits into a V shaped slot on the grille adapter. The star also has clips around the outside that would prevent it from moving.

I purchased a different style aftermarket grille from 55tech and it fitted both my sedan and a friend's coupe, and according to users on the forum its interchangeable. One thing that may be problematic is the outer chrome; it just might leave a little gap if not fitted properly.
