Suck? No such thing. It is simply the price that is too high. If you lower it enough guaranteed you'll sell. The question of how low is up to you however.
Example...if you are willing to sell it to me for $200 I'll take it on the spot even though I have no need for it.
Oh...and FYI...I sold my staggered 2012 AMG wheels here for $800.

for the set. Most people will probably offer 250-300$ for the set. It's up to you whether you wanna sell it for that price or not. Sucks i know, but it's the going rate for stock 17s

You are in LA. Check the Craigslist in LA, they sell half of your asking price all day (I mean the whole set of 4 rims). Check it out for yourself, before you overprice your rims, then nobody bother to call. Even with the C63 (18 inches OEM rims), I saw the price on LA's Craigslist for less than 1k. Good luck with your price !!!.

OP: Why dont you lower the price by $100/week and simply let the market decide on the price? I've done this in the past with great success, however definitely set a limit. Example...if by $400 you still can't sell, I'd probably just keep them as spares (assuming you still have a w204), since the labor, gas, etc that goes with the cost of selling may not be worth it in the end.

Well considering these come with tires (especially if it comes with TPMS), 250-300$ is definitely low balling it.

Thanks for the tip. I've decided to sell them individually since I believe the problem is so few people are in the market for all 4 at one time, but there's always a market for someone with a scraped up rim who needs a new tire. I'll be pricing the rim/tire at $375 per, and I'll get it, so no need for the asinine offers.
