Long time lurker/debating C63 vs current

First, quick intro...been a long time lurker and appreciate all the site/forums has to offer. There is always a good daily read/image/idea/etc...unfortunately it makes me want more, do more, etc...i am sure you can all attest to that feeling. My first MB was a 2008 C300 and was great to drive here in Germany and in the last 9 months or so I moved into a 2013 C350. Although it is a very fun ride I cannot stop thinking about a C63. I am looking at a 2013 C63 in the next few days, but keep struggling with the $30K transition from (same year) 350 to a C63 vs getting a few hot mods that might satisfy my thurst. I have already talked to Carlsson/Brabus here in Germany and tempted, but again thinking the only way to go is a C63 and just be done with it.
Either way, hi and thanks for all the shared info....pics of ride below if curious.

if you can afford it then do it, no questions asked. However, you do have a nice C so if i were you, i would wait another year and try to get some money back from the car.
If i could only afford a C63 lol :'(

Appreciate the reply. The current crossroads is need vs want....I can afford, but struggling with should I. I do have mine listed for sale in case that the C63 blows my mind, but thinking more and and more that a few mods (chip, exhaust, filter) will give me what I want....at least for now, but will mean more once we go back to the states. The C63 would be so much fun while I am still here in Germany...I mean I drive 140+ everyday to work...in a C63...man that would be awesome!

I own a C63 and my wife owns a C300. I can tell you, the C63 is a lot of fun. Grabs a lot more attention.

Get the C63 and don't look back.

Thanks for reply! Been eyeballing an R8 as well, but outside my affording threshold.

I'm with black lavender "don't look back." You're in the right place to buy a C63. If I could afford it I would definitely get a C63 before coming back CONUS.

I have the same exact C350 as you, just in diamond silver color, it is a very sweet ride. plenty of power but im in the same boat as you, just can't get the C63 out of my mind, i raced a couple for ****s and giggles and the power difference between the two is night and day. If I could afford one I would definitely grab a C63 and satisfy my need for speed.

Can't say I've owned a C350, but I have driven them on occassion, and let's face it it's no comparison to a C63, especially if you just throw a tune on the C63 for $700.

Really, if you can afford it, then do it. You won't regret it for a second.
