as stated it is meant for parts. It has all the dust caps and ballasts in tact except for the low beam ballast. The cover is in good condition also. It is not meant to be a direct replacement.

Not sure also it might, you would have to look into it to see if it will fit. Suspension is in great condition and was taken off to install coils.
