Soon to be! C300 with c63 kit
Just to get the thread started, I just did my entire 09 C300 4matic
(luxury) over. These upgrades include, H&R SS springs with smaller spring pads. C63 conversion (bumpers, side skirts, diffuser) LED Eyelid, truck lip, roof lip, yellow fogs, front lip (standard black) Grill, quad tip exhaust with Muffler delete + X-pipe. Pics up very very soon!
PS. Anyone In the NYC area?

what a coincidence u commented, cause I remember you and I were the one of the few members who have the luxury version. the kit came out to 850. I had to cut the ends of the rear bumper reinforcement in order to fit thou.

Are you planning on doing a motor swap for the C63 engine? If not, then no.. it will not be a C63 no matter how many cosmetics you put on it...
Also, why get a luxury edition if you just switched out the springs anyway?
EDIT: I will be impressed with your build as long as you don't badge it as a C63 and leave it badged as a C300 or completely just de-badge. That is if the motor swap is something you're not considering. If you really are then badge that thing as a C63 AMG all you want in my book xD

Skyline, I was not planning to do any swapping. In fact, my intentions were not to do a conversion. I simply just liked the how the bumpers and rockers looked on the c63. turns out they had a kit that fits on the c300. so I said why not. What do you mean "why get a luxury edition " " "? I wanted to lower my car. If u mean I should've gotten the sport, then still, I would've put the springs on anyway.

So you got the luxury to lower it? That's kewl if you wanted to lower it and such. I myself have a luxury and would never dream of modifying the ride of the car as it's what me choose the luxury over the sport. I'm just curious as what made you spring for the luxury if you weren't worried about the ride quality?

At the time when I went to the dealer, I was initially looking for a fully loaded sport edition (navi and such) however the only one they had was the luxury, along with all the features I wanted. I'm more of an aggressive driver, and here in NY the highways are full of turns and what not. So having better handling is something that I sacrificed comfort for. Im used to driving lowered cars so its no biggy. Prior to lowering, the car would sway and felt like a boat on the highway. NOT my liking at all. And IMO the car looked so much better with the lower stance that is got. I hope I make sense lol.

Ah, for sure. I'm an aggressive driver myself, but I went with the 4matic to make up for the boat-like-feeling of the Luxury version. Never had a car handle better than the one I have now. That could be though that I've driven nothing but RWD cars until now lol. Well good luck with everything man, and I'm looking forward to the finished pictures xD
