4nm Torque Wrench?
Hello Folks,
Great forum and grateful for all the priceless info on here.
I finally tackled the transmission service in the wife's car ('10 C300 4Matic) the proper way. One issue I have is the proper tightening of the 6 pan bolts. The spec calls out for torquing them down to 4nm and then turn an additonal 180 degrees and your done. Where the heck are you guys finding a torque wrench that can support 4nm's? I have a standard Craftsman 1/2" torque wrench, but that doesn't seem to have it. I looked all over the net, but can't find anything. I don't know if I can't read a torque wrench (lol) or if I just don't have the right equipment. I already busted one bolt by over tightening.
Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks!
