I've also only had to do the traditional A and B service. Also the recalls, but that's it.
I mean, my 560SL has 209K miles lol.

Repairs at 49k:
Cylinder head replaced (leaky cylinder)
Rear Main Seal (signs of leak)
52.5k:
Lower Pan/Oil Pan replacement (warped and leaking after Rear Main Seal job that required removal and reassembly)
I don't consider brakes, wipers etc repairs, more like maintenance items.
I had a 1995 S420 (w140) that ticked 204k and was still running strong before I had an accident. Hoping this W204 will last just as long. I believe cars last based on how well you care for them and the amount of abuse lol
is this c300 a 4matic or rear wheel drive.

21000? mi- and 2 yr anniversary.- car entered MB shop Jan 21 and is still there. They dropped the transmission. removed the engine, replaced the engine oil pump, replaced the engine balance shaft. Still don't have a clue to the engine noise reported 3 1/2 weeks ago. No ETA for repair.

My car was rear ended and the dealer recommended shop took 2 months to fix it, and this was my first car (bought 5 years ago) which I love dearly, so I know what it feels like to not have your car for an extended period of time.
This is pretty amazing to know. Glad you're enjoying your car to it's maximum potential.
Great mods on your car tooSo you only do oil changes? No transmission flush, no coolant flush, no brake fluid flush, no spark plug changes?
I have 522xx miles on the odometer so far, and no major problems besides warranty work.
-Warranty on 2 black strips peeling on roof
-Warranty on driver side door rest. It cracked because I always place my left elbow there when I drive.
-Warranty on headlight switch. The front and rear parking bulbs would stay on even though switch was on "0" position.
-Warranty on battery, because the parking lights drained the battery.
-Warranty on all 4 suspension at 498xx mi. I had this done right before the warranty was up.
-Transmission software updated 2014, there was a lag when switching between drive and reverse.
-Tail light recall
I always service my vehicle at an independent shop. Besides the warranty items, the car has treated me very good so far.
It is now over 4 years since the 3 year warranty period ended & touch wood , I have not had one single issue with the car. Just oil & filters ,oil & filters . It is coming up to its second auto gearbox drain & filter at 100,000 km.(5 speed box).I do the servicing myself.
One comment, both my rear tyres wear on the inside , settings are correct. It is put down to predominantly freeway driving & sedate cornering. We have moved to 2 1/2 acres in town so it will be interesting to see whether a lot of roundabout use changes the wear pattern.
