So yesterday, I received another quote for an even better price than $4000.

What is the best way to get the refund on the ELW I just purchased so that I can purchase the lower priced ELW?

Should I just contact the previous financial officer? Or do I need to go through MBUsa or some other entity?

any advice is most welcomed.

My advice is to be honorable and accept the first deal which you executed.

I just read the ELW Agreement and I see the following in the Exclusions section....

"OTHER: ..... shock absorbers and struts."

Perhaps someone with more experience with Extended Limited Warranty can clarify/confirm for me,

1. under Extended Limited Warranty the Airmatic struts are NOT covered under warranty? I ask, because ive thought I read that owners have indeed gotten the struts replaced under ELW. But perhaps I am mistaken.

2. under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty are the Airmatic struts covered?

I had heard that airmatic is covered but not the regular struts. Also heard this is only on the CPO ELW.

Another item I found out is if you buy a Mercedes from a Mercedes dealer that is not CPO, you can not get an ELW for it. Strange.
