Whining noise a week after oil change

Hello. I started noticing a whining sound a week after an oil change on my 2012 c230, was wondering if anyone night know what it could be?

More importantly, who did the oil change? Have you verified the oil is at the correct level on the dipstick? What kind of oil was used?
