I've been super happy with the mpg on the 3.5l engine. I think it's on par with the turbo for efficiency if you leave it in E and don't drive like a maniac. I have a 40 mile one way commute and on a day without traffic I can sometimes get 34mpg for the highway portion (first 30 miles).

Oh and the BlueEfficiancy badges were the first ones to come off the car... Hated how they looked.

Glad to see the 33mpg - frankly MPG is why we went with the C250 over the other models (wife commutes rather far for work).

Combine AMG badges with BlueEfficiency and you'll get 500+ HP with 33 MPGs
