Mercedes C300 W204 Windshield Trim (Side)
Hi,
I lost the passenger side Windshield trim.
I contacted the nearest MB dealership, but they said if I don't replace it with them, they don't give part numbers.
I searched and I found all trims of the car, except for the side ones... Do I have the name wrong?
I uploaded a picture to help understand which part I'm talking about.
My question is: Where can I find that part online? Or what's the part number?
If anyone has the answer, I will be thankfull.
Thank you!

Your dealership said if you don't replace it with them, they don't give you part numbers?
WTF.
I thought you guys down there had some kind of freedom of information thing going on?
Well, if you ever need part number my friend, you can always check here, but if you're not getting an answer, call any dealership besides that one in north america, ask for the parts guy and give them your VIN and they should gladly give you the part numbers!
That kind of frustrates me that they would treat you that way.

/\/\ Agree!!!
That's just some bag of douche being a ****ehead!!
Why should they care if you buy parts and install them yourself? That's how dealerships make money, on service and parts.

Thank you guys for the help!
So, using your info, I was able to locate them online.
I definitely had the name wrong. Now I know that they are called: Water Deflectors.
So far, found the best deal here:
https://www.mbonlineparts.com/oem-pa...MtMGwtdjYtZ2Fz
https://www.mbonlineparts.com/oem-pa...MtMGwtdjYtZ2Fz
And about the dealership, I didn't go back there anymore for service. They were not the only ones in town.
But didn't ask about the water deflectors anymore.
They told me that the labor would be 1h for each side, plus $300 for parts, each.
That was like an $800 fix, but wouldn't give me the part number if I didn't fix it at their garage.
I can't believe I gave up on the part for a year and a half now!
But I think I'm going to buy these two, because the driver side is lose too.
Do you think it's where I should buy them from? or do you have any better suggestions?
Thank you for your help guys! I appreciate it
What a rip off...

I have the same part missing and unable to find it anywhere (i'm in Australia) and don't think the website delivers it here.
Quick question, was that the correct one for your car?
Also, if any one knows a place that posts worldwide that'd be greatly appreciated!

They literally just snap into place. They stayed solid until I sold the car last December.
You can search with the part number in your Amazon, or eBay, or your local Mercedes online part store? But try to get it shipped by that website first, they might ship to Australia
