C200k Shoulder Wear
Recently I have been getting a vibration above 140kmh, checked alignment, rims, balancing. It gets worse when braking - leads me to believe its the rotors.
What would cause the tire wear? I am thinking its the bushes (can this cause the vibration?)
No warranty - currently at 65 000 miles

I believe you would know if your bushings were gone... They COULD cause vibration...
The fact that your vibration doesn't occur until high speeds leads me to believe that everything is round. I.E. your tires and rims are fine (at least roundness wise).
I would stop looking at them for the time being and move on to other easy possibilities.
First off, go about 30 km/h with all the windows down and no radio on or climate control. Then slowly press the brakes until you're barely feathering them (i.e. you barely start slowing down), if you can hear a modulation or a repeating swooshing sound, then your rotors are warped. Whether or not they are the source of your other issues is not clear, but it is definitely a process of elimination.
Report back with your findings!

I am still convinced the tire wear is suspension related, I have noticed for the past few years a thud when braking downhill on uneven roads.
I have attached pics of the tire - its only a few months old.

Have you checked for bent rods/toe out/camber?
If your camber is off with stock suspension then something is bent.
Or at least that's how it is on the 4Matic models. Not sure about RWD.
