h&r sport springs uneven sides

Hi, my front are good but the back the right is 2cm higher than the left.
I have four dots rubber on both and just removed the higher one. Top an bottom are seated properly.
I will remove the shorter one but I thought the problem will be with the higher like I've missed the grooves or something.
One week since installation.
Any help is appreciated.

Please explain again, four dot rubber? Not sure what that means. Shorter/higher one, again not sure what that means. Are you talking about the spring pad/isolator? If there is a big difference take the springs out and make sure they are the same and equal in length. Pics would help

each rubber above the spring in the back is different thickness.
Factory is 1 dot or 13mm, i used 4 dot or 17mm; otherwise the back will look way too low compared to the front.
I removed the side that sits higher which is the right rear and all looks good. correct rubber and sited properly in the top and lower grooves\notches.

I need to remove the lower side or the left rear to see if everything is ok there.
When i looked at the springs in the box they looked the same length and they have the same markings.

Call me crazy but I think you have a defective rear spring. Look at the amount of coils on one versus the other. One side has 8 and the other has nine. Just a mistake in manufacturing or change. Tell them you want to send them those and give you back the same... It may not be a defect but enough to make it not the same

I wouldn't call you crazy.
The springs are not in the same position in the box so can't really tell.
I should have measured them but I never thought German made springs will have such a significant defect.

I would count the coils on both to confirm the springs are not th same.

Have you called H & R? They are extremely helpful. I used to be an H & R distributor and they make some of the best springs on the market IMHO.
