Sorry forgot to post pictures for everyone.
Headlights were easy to bake open, just throw it in the oven at 250 for 10 minutes, take off the metal clips and pry it open with a flathead screwdriver.
Haze inside the headlight came off right away with some isopropyl alcohol, only took 1 wipe and it was gone.
Morimoto lenses were a little bit bigger than the factory lenses. Had to take a hammer and a punch tool to the lens holder for it to seat properly.
Chrome pieces come out easily if you want to do black housing. Red arrow pointing to where I had to open up with punch and hammer Factory lens Clear lens Tabs holding lens in place Haze cleaned with isopropyl Pop out where red arrow is pointing Squeeze to remove Bent RV shield back Black housing done Before with haze After

I have no issues with the output on my 2014. What is this haze you speak of?
its probably from use. Sort of a crackling from the heat. I don't have any issues with my 2014. I also have to admit I am not sure if I have the Xenon lights or not. I should check that.

Sorry moved on to a E-class coupe and I didn't take before/after of the light output. Cut off was a lot sharper after bending the RV shield and changing the lens. Output was brighter probably because the haze was removed.

Disappointed with the OEM bi-xenons even with the Osram 66144 CBI bulbs. I have a haze inside the headlight lens that I think might be affecting output.
Next month I'll be swapping the fresnel projector lens with the clear ZKW-R lens from theretrofitsource and cleaning out the haze from the inside. I'll try to do some before/after pics if I remember.
Did the new projector lens resolve the haze issue? I honestly think it's mostly heat buildup, however, rubbing alcohol improves it BTW.
