I asked my Mercedes dealer this exact question after I had bought a previously owned car. I was told that without reason or a symptom for a flush, the only thing your doing is risking damage to the car. If your worried about whether the fluids had been changed or just simply peace of mind, drop the pan and change the fluids.
Congrats on your purchase, 156k isn't that much, its in fact below average.

Oh ok thank you , I also have another question when I bought the car it was a smooth drive turn the car on no noise no vibebration I had if for 3month and now it has a vibration someone told me it could be the motor mounts
