Opinions on Carbon fiber for c300

I was planning to add some carbon fiber accents on my white 2010 c300. Nothing crazy, probably wrapping the interior trim and adding a trunk spoiler and maybe something else. Whats your guys opinion on adding carbon fiber ? Keep it reserved for the AMG models or a little never hurts. If so do you guys know a seller of quality accessories preferably in Canada ?.

Go for it. Small carbon fiber, even the spoilers, are basically just for looks, and the sport models look almost just like the AMG's. Regardless, a benz can pull off carbon fiber, a nissan altima or camry can't.

I say go for wrapping interior bits for sure- the black plastic parts look very cheap for an MB, they show finger prints, scratch easy, and in some spots the black paint peels or bubbles (same with some of the chrome trim)... I think I just convinced myself to do it now.

Thats very true what you said my c300 has every sport option on it and allot of people mistake it to be a AMG model. I correct them saying its not or will never be. id probably get the interior trim wrapped with good 3D vinyl get a high quality Cf trunk spoiler with a license frame to add to it. I was thinking maybe carbon mirror housings ? or is that pushing it, sorry I am very opinionated person when it comes to this lol

I would like to take this moment to remind you that Nissan is producing the 2.0 turbo engines for Mercedes now -- so, be mindful of who you put down

Carbon fiber is a fairly commonplace medium now, it's no longer cost-prohibitive for any OEM to use in interior trim applications. The suppliers who manufacture components for Mercedes are doing the exact same thing for Nissan 30 feet away on a different line, using the same low-wage employee for both lines.

To the OP, yes -- you're paying the payments and you like carbon fiber. I think you know the next steps

And thus, the point of this thread. Aesthetics

I may try to pick one up when my current company car has to be turned in... There are worse ways to make the daily commute, I'm sure.

Initial reports are saying the Nismo treatments are like lipstick on a pig, because the handling is vague and performance is "meh". But it looks better than the Juke, so that's one thing in its favor

Nissan has gone down the ****ter imo. First big strike is their crappy CVT trans, they're either a) generic or b) boy racer. Gone are the days they made cool cars...
