If there was ONE thing you change with your W204, what would it be?

Came back from a long drive today and quite honestly, was pretty content jamming with the HK sound system and enjoying the comfortable ride.
I was thinking about getting rid of the W204 but I can't bring myself to do it. Sure, it's reliable and all that, but I was thinking...
If there was ONE thing I could change to the W204, what would it be (to keep me from buying another car?)
So - thought I'd start a thread on this
For me, if I could have AirMatic on this car, I'd be pretty ecstatic.

2010 C300 4MATIC........ 2011 C63 AMG.............. 2015 CLS400 4MATIC.....
A working transfer case, of course which I now have but $$$$$$$$$$$ thanks MB.
Having it completely optioned out would have been cool but I was not really expecting to buy a w204 in the first place.
Airmatic would be nice.
Canadian options such as fold in mirrors and rear sunshade (which I suppose is option)
More HP although its not bad for its time, w/o DI and Turbo
Overall my dream w204 would be:
Prefacelift front end, with LED eyelids and HIDS
Facelift rear taillights, possibly diffuser (imo facelift oem diffuser looks worse, but CF aftermarket is better/more noticeable).
I like some facelift interior accents (steering wheel, stitching, coupe seats) but prefacelift COMAND form, few other things.
Wow I got in depth didn't I.

Why can't they just include all the features an S Class has, but in a smaller form factor and call it the C-Class? At least give us that option!
For me, I wish this car was better insulated. Meaning, quieter cabin. They've done a good job with the new C, but still not "S class" quiet.

Ok, I'm laughing my head off because I was JUST not only researching this but Googling this extensively because after I started this thread I was thinking about NVH.
Please note: I have 0 affiliation with this website. As in zilch, nada, nothing. I just happened to come across this:

Turns out the 2012 C250 (which I think is the closest car to the one I own) is one of the quietest cars out there. Take a look yourself! Compared to an Audi A8, a S Class Merc, we're basically talking about the same noise levels.
Yes, a S550 AMG or whatever is more noisy, but what shocked me was that the W204 C class is one of the quietest cars out there, and at the price range, it's a freakin bargain!
I've been looking at getting a quieter more elegant ride and quite frankly after reading the info above, I think I'll just stick to the W204.
All that fancy bit about double glazing that Audi and US E classes can be fitted with just makes me more confused.
The more fancy cars are certainly not infinitely more quiet. We're talking a few DB at best.
Color me SHOCKED tonight.
PS For the record, I'm HONESTLY surprised at the levels presented in that site. I thought the W204 is a quiet car, but it should not be compared to a fancy S class. I'm shocked that the C and S are really not that far apart!!!! WTF?!

The one thing I would change is... Scratch that, I would travel back in time and convince MB to release the C63 Estate in the North American market.
In reality though, I would have looked for one with the upgraded stereo. Honestly I don't know what they were thinking about when they put the wheel controller on the audio 20- it is pretty much useless other than pairing your phone and the engineering menu.

For me I wish the C Sports had more aggressive bolsters on the front seats, around 300hp, and just more power mod options as a whole. We are super limited on power mods.

But, doesn't have the HID's. But after my ELW runs out in '19 my boy is doing a retro for me if I hold out that long ...
I like the OEM exhaust, just want a bit more. Thinking about a muffler delete but for now the wifey drives it so.... And who doesn't want more power? I see you do lol...

I have the muffler and resonator delete's. It is pretty damn loud just a warning.

Ah you don't have the headlight package then. I have a 14 C300 Sport which has the HID adaptive headlights. I wouldn't wait 2 years to do a retrofit. A retrofit in the worthless halogen headlights (no offense) could be done in 1 long day, and you would appreciate the car 10x's more at night. Look into the Morimoto Mini H1 setup. You could probably do it yourself (I did on a previous car). I took apart my C's headlights already to swap in clear lenses for more output.

I know straight piping is really loud but just a muffler delete is not as bad.

LOL. Guys - I even capitalized the word "ONE". Hahahahaha. Ambitious bunch!!
Ok fine, since we're down this rabbit hole....
I wish I would have bought a non direct injected C63. I concede, I wish my C300 had more HP...Sigh.

.........no mention so far of C250 cruise control placement......................inpinging on turn signal stalk.............
Otherwise a seemingly reliable, definitely classy looking, quiet little coupe...............

But man I do like where the cruise control is. I dislike the new system which has moved everything around...

Making it a C63 now huh? Thats really going all in!!!! I like that....
Oh, and of course you specify the non direct injection LMAO... Why am I not surprised .....

I wish I had that sunglasses holder in place of the drivers roof handle.
I don't know if I'm joking or not..
edit: I'm changing my answer to I wish I had distronic radar cruise control. Too many people on the highway can't maintain a constant speed ..

You can buy it OEM and replace the handle. It is an Euro option.

Would definitely, positively, without question be the mapping of the throttle response/shift points/gear change speeds. I am guessing they did it for the fuel economy, but whatever the reason to me that is so frustrating when you give it a little gas there is that hesitation where nothing seems to happen, then it goes down a gear then you finally accelerate. Just so unsatisfying. Might not be so bad if the Sport button would actually feel like it does something like that. To me that is the main drawback to this car. Any other perceived shortcomings of the car pales in comparison to that.

Do away with the ESL steering lock system that will eventually fail, leaving me stranded. Would have been nice to have rear seats that fold down also but that was not a deal breaker.

My 2013 coupe is a 250 with the turbo 4. I'd love to have the 6 cyl. I've had my car at the dealer all week while they fix a rattle in the roof. I've been driving a 2017 C300 and love how much faster it takes off. Other than that, a nice to have would have been the lighting package but it wasn't available without custom ordering back in 2013. I did however upgrade the bulbs to LED in the parking lights, puddle lights, side marker lights (with clear side markers) and found headlight bulbs that are as white as the day time running Lights. I'm pretty happy with the car. Now if I could afford to get the edition 1 flat grey paint, black rims, black emblems and tinted windows, Woo Hoo! Just saying.

Here's one!
I wish the W204 were bigger. The more and more I drive the car, I just wish it was wider/longer. I think it would improve vehicle comfort quite a bit as well. I was surprised to see that it's slightly smaller than a Lexus IS too (largely the same size). The W204 looks pretty big but it's actually not that big of a car.
