Brake Vacuum Sensor issue

Anyone has encountered this as well?

I have been having this particular fault code for awhile now...

Have been googling and checking up on it for some time but unfortunately to no avail...

Ride is a W204 C180 CGI 1.8 Coupe aka C204

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check the wiring to the blue highlighted part (the sensor) if everything seems okay, you'll probably need to replace that sensor. Should be a fairly easy job to do

Firstly, thank you so much for your help!

Would like to check if this is a common issue? As I have never come across or heard of such an issue..

If it malfunctions / faulty, what exactly would happen to the car? As I can't really feel what's wrong with it.

I haven't heard about this particular issue before at all, but sensors can go bad randomly all the time.

It seems that cars with equipment code B03 (Eco start/stop) are the ones equipped with a booster vacuum sensor. Have you noticed anything odd with the start/stop system?

I doubt my car has a start/stop system as I have not come across any start/stop feature in my car.

And based on the diagram you posted earlier, there isn't any wires or sensors etc, connected directly to the brake booster at all...

Only the brake master cylinder is connected to the booster and a pressure hose, that's all.

Basically, part #70 is totally non-existent on my car

Pic of brake booster 2012 c250 coupe. The only wires noticable are located on the plastic tank.
