2010 C250 Accident Mode? Please help? No Start

Hello, I bought a 2010 c250 that has minor accident damage of a neighbor to fix up for my dad.
NO air bags were deployed.
All fuses in the SAM box were tested good.
Pyro fuse is NOT blown.

Symptoms:
Does not turn over/start
All four windows are all the way down
Key cannot be removed from ignition.
Steering is NOT locked.
Radio and lights work but really nothing else does.
Stuck in park.
All fuses test good.

I have a launch scanner and cannot find anywhere that gives me an option to "reset after collision"
Before I tow it somewhere with a better scanner I wanted to check if somebody has experienced this and maybe its something else?
Thanks in advance for any help!!! This is really driving me mad!!!

How long has it not been running? Have you checked the battery? Just because the lights came on doesn't mean that it has enough juice to start the car.

Maybe have the battery load tested. After sitting that long it may have gone bad. Rule out the simple stuff first.

Voltage is not an issue. Battery was load tested.
Thanks

W204 no crank no start no engine check light at position 2

Just to attach my problem here. I have a W204 2008 model no start no crank and the ecm light is not on the dashboard. The motor in steering lock does turn with its zip sound audible, radio is working, doors lock working, windows working, but wipers are not working and hazard switch not working, head lights have remained constant on when key is turned to position 2. When i try to by pass the starter relay the car cranks but still does not Start. Codes from a Launch scanner are U115000, U115100 and U115400. Any suggestions how to approach this problem will be appreciated

U codes are usually network/communication problems.

What descriptions are given with the codes?

Suspect broken or unplugged CANBUS wiring. Other possibilities for multiple, seemingly unrelated failures are front SAM and pre-fuse bloc.

Get the code descriptions to sort out likely location. Then visually inspect harnesses and connectors. Proceed from simplest solution to most complicated.

Hi, Thank you for feed back, The car managed to fire up after an ECU software reload, the failure could have been caused by attempt to change front SAM resulting to No Start Enable, The check engine light is still off am not sure what could cause that.

As for the Faults descriptions which persisted, there are shown below; with these Errors on W204 C200 2008 Model, the low beam lights will remain constant on regardless of switch position, hazards switch will have no glow and not work, wipers will also not work.

U115000, - An implausible signal from switch' Exterior illumination was received
U115100, - Communication with switch Exterior illumination has a malfunction
U115400, - Communication with Switch group warning system has a malfunction

NB: The three faults are all detected from the front sam.

I intend to change the light/Rain Sensor to see if it will resolve the problem.
