Strange clicking from gear selector in my W204

Strange clicking from gear selector in my W204
Hi all! New here in MBWorld comunity... 
So...the problem... it's a C200K W204 late 2008 in perfect condition with 5G tronic with part number of the selector: A 204 267 016.
After a couple of days, I hear a click sound comming from the gear selector when is on P and I press the brake, and when I release the break pedal, the click "locks" P again.... and that's it. Never heard that solenoid or locking mechanism before in my lovely W 204. No problems so far with moving the gear lever from P to R ...N...D.
Anyone having the same issue?

No, I haven't. It's been like that for 7 years (since it was a brand new car) and I don't pay attention to it anymore. I read somewhere that it was caused by the engaging locking mechanism so I thought it was fine.

Very, very strange… because I’ve talked with some specialists who’re repairing MB selectors, and they all are telling me that w204 selectors are almost unbreakable… never heard about this kind of clicking issue in our devices… Don’t have an idea what’s the problem causing the noisy click in the selector…

W204 220 CDI
Hello all,
sorry for my bad english.
I hope find help here beacause i have a w204 220 CDI 2007 and i have a trouble with my car when i satrtup in the morning and i passed the selector from P to R the engine slipping and die.
I need to let the engine on and the selector in P for a while (warmup) and then i passed P to R or D without any problem.
When i move slowly the gear box harsh when shifting and jerking.
i changed the gear box's oil 14 000 km ago but i have always the same issues.
Any help please.
