I got the same problem, my even shakes when it is idling on red light. If you drive it, no more shaking smooth as milk. I am really not sure what it is but I have notice a bit of vibration on the steering wheel when you are parking the car, could be related... have you notice that on yours too ? let me know.
I also searched mighty goggle and noted this "https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w212/385714-steering-vibration-when-turning.html" ..... I hope it is not the transfer care..........

So I open the hood and looked, all the belts are working fine none are lose. The engine is not shaking whats so ever and the RPM stay steady. I did notice something wired about the sound of the the car. When I drive slow or stand still and turn the steering wheel slow I noted that the steering wheel and the whole car start to shake. When I stop moving the steering wheel, the shaking continues however not as much. I tired it cold and warm no difference. This is the same shaking I get when I turn on the vehicle in the morning or idling on a stop light. I also checked the steering fluids and it seems fine, clear.

Weird... did you change your spark plugs? And have you lifted the car to make sure all steering component are in good shape

Yeah, I changed them at 120K. I am going to take it to my local shop to take look at it. But if he finds nothing I might have to go to the dealer to take a look, worst part here, the locale dealer is crap.... I am hoping i find out soon what it is before some major part fails.

So to added a update about this problem. When I turn on the car it shakes, however when I start to turn the wheel left or right while at idle it started to shakes much more, however that those not happen when you drive it. It is super quite it. So now I am not sure if it is something in the steering wheel or maybe just need to flush the steering fluid. any advice?

Check the fluid , see the colour (if it's brown or really dirty looking change it) make sure it's topped up. My car didn't sale a lot but made a grinding sound it's gone after I changed the fluid feels like a new car too.

There's also a chance your engine mounts are old/worn/hard, which you'll feel at very low engine rpm and not a whole lot while you're driving

Its the engine mounts. Mine has 270k on stock mounts and it does shake on cold starts. However, it has been shaking like this for a few years, not like the engine is moving. I changed the transmission mount back a few years ago and it helps a little, I just live with the little shaking on warm up. I've been in plenty of w204s and they all seem to have a little vibration which is why I don't bother changing mine yet even with the mileage since I believe new ones will start vibrating anyways.

The new ones should last quite a bit depending on how you drive. I'm at 265,000km and my c250 has had vibration at idle since about 160,000km. The mounts are intact and undamaged, but I think they harden with age and thats what produces the vibration in the cabin. The downside for us 4matic owners is that replacing the mounts is quite a job and not entirely worth doing unless there's something else you need to lower the front subframe for. The mounts aren't terribly expensive, it's just a lot of work/labour

Just another update, I did flash the steering fluid with no luck. What I did notice was a more smooth turning while driving and no squeezing while turning at slow speed. I had mechanic look at it and said the engine mounts are just fine. However I had a vibration back at 60K (now 140K) and the dealer changed the whole steering pump. Those anyone else had issues with that Pump? I am thinking of leaving it till it is DEAD! other while the car runs smooth now. Any one has any other idea on where else to look ?

Strange that a power steering pump would cause vibrations. I've changed my power steering fluid twice in my ownership and it never affected the vibration.
