2012 C250 CDI - Multiple Failure Lights

Good Day All,My 2012 C250 CDI on startup has multiple failures>traction, engine light, airbag etc etc...if I turn the ignition on and off numerous times >5-20 times and it then will start. As soon as the radio goes on I know the car will start fine. If I start it when all the error lights are on the engine sounds terrible and you cant move the automatic gear lever to drive the car, the radio, sunroof,!indicators, hooter also won’t work.
I got it serviced and they cleared all the codes etc but said they couldnt find a problem...
I left the car at MB dealership for a week and the problem came back. The problem is around when the car is left for a period of time before starting of 10-24hrs and if not started for at least 3 days and it hot, the problem clears. I drive for a day or 2 and the problem comes back again.
Has someone encountered a similar problem and what diagnonise what the problem was.Can you please assist.....
