A good DIY writeup for cam adjuster problem?

I've looked all over and can't seem to find a step-by-step DIY write up to fix/replace the cam adjuster problem. Anyone have a link?

Well if I’m going to tear it apart to replace the adjusters I’m going to go ahead and replace the chain at the same time.
