How often yo change water pump?
I've own Japanese cars before and normally they recommend water pump change every 100k.
Im approaching 100k for my 2013 C250.
For Mercedes, what's the recommend interval for water pump replacement?

2008 C350-Sport-AMG-Active Agility Pack(Not reliable) +Izuzu KB6 3L(It seems Reliable)+Mazda
C350---145000Km, not changed yet, changed belt & 3x pulleys however.
Mazda-300 000Km, no changed yet, neither the feul pump, the japs seems to be the leaders in motor manufacturing.

Factory ordered 2012 MB C350 w/Dynamic Handling Package
If it's not in the maintenance manual service interval, then I'll replace it when necessary (although I did replace the rear differential oil @90k). I'm currently 125k miles/200,000km on the original pump (2012 C350).

Yes, water pump replacement usually comes up either when it begins to leak, or when you have to take so much stuff apart to fix something else that it's wise to do the water pump preemptively at the same time.

I had once on a Mitsubishi had a waterpump making a screetching noise, no leak. I took it out and the impeller were corroded with build up stuff scratching the block. I cleaned it out, found nothing wrong with the pump actually, but never the less replaced it while out. Then I realised I put a small bottle of rust prevention in the radiator about two months before. Needless to say that was a mistake, after that I never had radiator water with a mixture less that 45-50% quality antifreeze mix. It never did that afterwards again.

I have over 152000 original miles on my M271 engine on my C230 with no issues. There is no time-change interval for the water pump, and I have never seen any maintenance manual that has a service limit on the water pump.

Coolant drain and fill? When? If ever?: So far myne was replaced twice since out of guarantee on request.
Drive belt? Same question.:I could hear just a slight roughness in front hardley noticible.It was recently replaced + the small pulley was dry on its way out caught just in time. I could not hear it mounted but after removing it I could clearly hear the roughtness. The larher pulley was perfect. I replaced the belt + small, larger, & tentioner/pulley. Other pulleys with other components were ok. Sounded ok afterwards. Replaced these myself.
