No. However, did you get the optional "alignment" kit installed on your 204?
I am shocked that your dealership told you all was fine on your W204 if not, because there's a lot of settings (I don't remember which: camber/caster) that cannot be adjusted because MB cheaped out on parts.
When I had my 204 my tire wear was always crap until I got that OEM kit installed which allowed the tech to adjust a lot more than what is factory. That fixed it for me.

Do you mean in regards to the 'camber bolts' they sometimes charge people for when doing alignment? Probably so

Sorry for the delay in my reply. Yeah, I did. I'd double check because that's probably the main factor in this issue. If you have it installed, then sorry, I have absolutely no idea what's going on here. My rears always wore 100% even despite me driving like a mad man.

I know you have mentioned you have had alignment and etc checked and I don't have staggered wheels (I have Luxury config). But my DWS06 wore evenly and I'm on my second set wearing perfectly no matter how I drive on them.
I have only done maybe 1 or 2 alignments in 80K miles of driving on the car.

Do you guys always keep your oem wheels when doing alignment? Those who only have OEM wheels should not answer this question.
My dealer said it's fine either way, stock wheels or aftermarket larger ones.

I have aftermarket wheels that are wider and larger in diameter.
Anyways, that won't affect the alignment from what I understand, as the specs won't change regardless.
