Um no... just no. That’s 2x what it should be.
They have insurances, rent, environmental disposal, wages, tech equipment to service your vehicle, protective equipment to make sure your car is not damaged or dirtied, % in case they break, scratch or damage a item while servicing your vehicle, its all relevant really, if you had to cover all the costs they have to, your $80 plug change will blow out, they do have to make a profit to survive.
Simple solution is if you dont like the price shop around or do it yourself, but remember if anything goes wrong because of the repairs carried out by yourself, you are liable to rectify
I personally dont like the prices the dealerships charge, so i do my own repairs, but I do understand they have to turn a profit and there are plenty of people who dont mind paying

oem filter should be 40 maybe, not hard to do.
you can get OE tires for 700-800. 35-40 mount/balance each so say 160 labor should be maybe 1k tops
spark plug cost. 35/plugx4= 140. So they are charging 2hrs labor for a job that takes me 15min.
i would do an alignment but should be like 189 or something..
I had a torn front axle boot, they wanted 1,700 to do both boots... they said an axle is twice that. They’re smoking crack, took 1.5hrs for me to do and 60 bucks for the OEM boot kit. Wtf, bmw only charges like 500 typically to do that.
they have to make a profit I know, but some times they are simply just greedy.

I read that if you have a battery with a bad cell, it’s probably been like that since installed.... so shame on MB for selling me a used car with a weak battery.
Btw, I took the car in for the airbag safety recall and the SA came up with the following fyi;
Quotes include parts n labor. Excluding the total tax amounting to $144
1. Tires set >Front 225x40x18 + Rear 255x35x18 = $972
2. Alignment after tire replacement = $155
3. One DRL (lens cracked) = $430 (small crack happened shortly post-delivery in '13, nothing to brag about)
4. Battery 001-982-81-08 = $421
5. one combination filter + one bio pledge evap cleaner = $228
