Hi folks, sadly i ve chrashed my w204, front bumper, left headlight and fender are ruined.. Soo in the process of repairing my baby i got an idea, instead of fitting w204 parts i thought of converting whole front end to w205, did anyone tried that, is it doable? Sure, i need to get bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, grill... There will be some long nights with electrical adjusting, but the question is, if other part can be installed without too much problems?
Other solution is, just fitt facelift bumper, play with the gap between headlights and bumper.
Glad you're ok, How did the crash happen? Is there no structural damage? radiator? steering/suspension?
can't you just "K.I.S.S" and do like for like, its nearly christmas, we dont want to see viki panger struggling away outside long into the night, taking breaks to search for 'pre facelift headlight pinout 205 headlight diagram bi xenon to 204 facelift halogen pinout wires red/green brown why is one 7 wires the other 14' and 'why do my lights flicker'.
To the original poster, when you say w205 are you talking about the 2015+ front end or are you meaning the 2012-14 c class front end? The w205 will not fit at all, it would be a nightmare job even for a professional. The 2012-14 front end on the other hand would just be bolt on hood headlights and bumper
Update, sorry for late response, i ended up destroying my phone and with car repairs it was too much.. Anyway, yes i am ok, 204 to 205 conversion is too much, so after replacement of damaged parts, i ve fitted amg facelift bumper, played a little bit to make it look good, pics included. New headlight is ready, only paintjob is left.. Will post pics when its finnished

Repair is complete, total cost 800e, considering i ve done all the work, i got parts relativey cheap
, new bumper 80e,side fender 20e, rim repair 60e,new tire 120, new headlight 250e,paintjob 200.. Outcome is almost perfect.. New color is 95%match so also almost perfect...
