2006 C-Class Coupe
I heard rumour that the coupe is gone from the US in 2006. Has this been confirmed ? Apparently no plan has been announced in Canada yet and the dealers think it will still be imported to Canada for a few years.

That is fine. But, if there was no MY '05 C Coupe my butt would have instead been planted into an Infiniti G35 Sport Coupe.
My examination of the other offerings from MB show none compatible with my requirements.
One of my problems is that I am not attracive enough to drive a convertible.

i think its true. i was reading an issue of road&track or car&driver the other day, the one where they run thru new cars, changes etc for each manufacturer.
Under M/B, listed as GONE is the C230K, i know its not the C230K SS so it must be the coupe. bummer.

Only in the US though! Coupes will still be made for everywhere else so we can all blame MBUSA for this. Also the C230K is supposed to be replaced with a C230 NA motor, 200Hp V-6 at 2.3L.

The analogy between the C-Coupe and the 318ti is correct. The coupes are not selling, and they will be gone next summer. We won't see the W204 coupes here. What a pity!

The w204 coupe looks great! I'm a bigger fan of that than the w204 sedan. BUT, I really want to see a w204 convertible! If they make an AMG version of the w204 convertible, hopefully in 2008 I'll be all up on that!
