Really need help shifter not responding

Hello all, first of all a few months ago after a rainy day my dash lights would flicker, radio would turn off and on headlights aswell, next day no rain and car was back to normal. Now I'm not sure if the problem is related but 2 days ago I heard a winning noise under the car but after a while it went away and didn't hear it again but the flickering lights problem happened again but now the PRND E dash lights are also flickering and doesn't show what gear I put the car Sometimes car turns on sometimes it doesn't sometimes it engages into gear but mostly doesn't. Whenever it let's me shift into gear it doesn't engage so I can drive any help please I attached a video to show my problem .lights next to shifter also turn on and off they usually turn on when it let's me move the shifter

Check CAN bus connections under carpets on left and right side. They in the sills just in front of front seats. Usually water gets into those connections
