My 2008 c300 wasn’t responding at all due to water getting into the from Sam . I recently changed my old front Sam with a replacement one I brought from eBay. Now my wipers , horn, dome light control buttons or turn signal indicators are now not working. Is the new front Sam bad or should I try changing the fuses for each first ? Please help

I recommend you get your own Mercedes-specific scanner, such as iCarsoft MB V3.0, LAUNCH Creader Elite BENZ, or Foxwell NT510Elite so that you can scan your car at any time. Once you've done that, come back and post what you find.
Did you have it programed to work with the car, or just install it and turn the car on? I dont have any personal experience with them but i thought they may need to be programmed to the specific car.
Did you get the same exact part number as the one in the car? same features?
if the fuses are blown then sure replace them. Just do a visual check or use a multimeter and check for continuity.
