W204 C300 2011 misfire cylinder 1 P0301
So I start with swapping coil and spark plug after checked injector and wires to ecu checked cylinder compression same as others 8.5-9 psi after every steps leaned and retest same P0301 always opened intake and checked gaskets looks good opened valves cover all good last thing I think just ECU maybe someone can help

Always provide model year and mileage, and your location. Also, are you scanning with a Mercedes-specific scanner or a generic OBD scanner?

Never mind the ECU, this code is all about the engine condition.
Have a look at the cylinders bores for vertical damages. These engines run extremely hot with limited oil circulation.
I suggest upgrading your engine oil to a better viscosity based on applicable charts. This may help cylinder seal + lubrication. Engine maybe in a serious condition with internal damage.

Essentially your code flags on non-contributing cylinder on a 4Cyl. Turbo. You have done the preliminary testing for spark, fuel, pressure...
Never mind the ECU, this code is all about the engine condition.

I believe the misfire is more than likely engine related:
- Weak fuel pressure
- Weak spark voltage
- Weak cylinder condition
- Old O2/Lambda lean out mixture
- Jittery timings from loose tensioner
My favorite would be either tensioner/timing or Fuel Trim related both of which cause lean ie. misfire.

I see... you are suggesting the mismatched ECU has a non-working cylinder #1 output such as : spark/injectors.
While I think this is not impossible, it is unlikely unless you get hard evidence. Scope the waveforms to show weak dignals.

Did you know about the misfires before you bought it?
Maybe go back and re-write your first post with punctuation. It's a little confusing. I really don't know what you are saying with "...checked cylinder compression same as others 8.5-9 psi after every steps leaned..." What were the compression pressures?

Combustion requires the right mixture of fuel, air, compression, and spark at the right time. Are there any other codes besides P0301? Please provide actual compression pressures for cylinder 1 and one of the others for comparison.

I cleaned the intake inspect gasket and put all together cleaned codes and it was good for about 20 minutes after i got the error but this time it says 0633 cylinder 1 misfire (((
