FWIW, once you hand over the money, the deal is done. Don't know what you paid for it. Did you register the car in your name? Did you get a pre-purchase inspection? Not sure it would have mattered.

no when i sell cars i usually tell people the problems i know about or i fix them before selling. it would be nice if people were more honest...

Ok so im back on the road for now(dont ask, i blame the solar flare for what happened during fluid change)
anyway with new oil and atf car drives smoother and alot less shudder and rpm fluctuation almost gone
