P0181 code on gasoline engine
Hello all. As it says my car is throwing there code p0181. I am under the impression that only diesel engines use this sensor. Anyone have thoughts why my 3.5v6 flex fuel engine is getting those code?

Im not familiar with your engine. Does it have a high pressure fuel pump? If so I believe the fuel temp sensor is located near it.

I don't think it has anything special as a fuel pump but I dunno for sure.
My engine is 3.5 v6 but it's gasoline not diesel. I can't find anything instance online where someone has a problem with this code unless their engine is diesel.

Should be very easy to get at, just remove the engine cover. There should be a Bosch part# right on the sensor to get the same one. Be very careful removing the sensor, or working with the fuel lines/rails in general since they are very high pressure.
Not sure your exact submodel but this diagram should be correct. Double check part#'s.
I attached a PDF of useful info on the M276.

Thanks for the added info on the engine. I believe I have the correct part number now.
Seeing where it is located it's possible it got broken or damaged because I just had the left catalyst replaced locally and hands were in that area so imma check when I get home from work. The engine pdf is awesome and will come in very handy.
