2011 C300 4matic Sport ESL - no power
It appears my ESL has died in the unlocked position. I was able to get it out of the car. Pulled it apart and installed a new motor (thinking motor was shot). Re-connected ESL to the Harness and still not working - no clicking, no buzzing, no motion on the lock. I have tried searching for pin out for the connector so I can check for power at the ESL. Does anyone know what the pin configuration is for the ESL plug?
I am OK with getting an emulator, but want to verify power to the ESL first.

Don't loose your marbles... use the scanner to query live status from modules.
Unplugging live security modules hurts more than it helps.
A good scanner will help you understand what's going on... without that, we are blind.

The positive of the esl is the same as the ezs I believe. Get a diagnosis, your esl will be blocked and no longer valid. Disassemble your EZS and take it to an electronic workshop to program an emulator.

Thank you everyone. The diagram and other info was very helpful. I have decided to go the emulator route. Pulled ignition and key, and overnight shipped to vendor. I will post update when unit comes back.

UPDATE! The emulator that I ordered came today. Installed it and the car started right up - no issues. Service from the vendor I chose was GREAT! 1hr 20m and car was all re-assembled and driving. I do not want to violate any advertising rules here, but if you want to know what vendor I used for the emulator, private message me and I will provide details.
