Issues with Revs going up

Hello guys, I am driving C250, W204 2012, CGI, Automatic.

I brought the car few months ago.
The issues are:
1.When starting the car in the morning, the revs go high around 1200 and they return to normal... and its summer time...
2. When switching from D to P the revs became very unstable, on D they remain quite stable but on P they go high and moving up and down a bit (not much)
3.Also the car shakes slightly not much, when changing from D/R/P in any order

Sorry for the long post but its my first car I own (was usually driving company cars for more than 10 years) and I am a bit confused.
Thanks

If you dont have one already I would purchase a Mercedes specific OBD scanner. Use it to check for any fault codes which should point you in the right direction.

The good things about leased company cars is you don't need to maintain them one bit - When you own a luxury car it requires luxury service.

Look up "mercedes dealership" on Internet - They are the most knowledgeable specialists to make MB run right without you getting dirty.

You car probably could use catch-up on timely service.
