2008 C300 temp sensor

Just got this car. It's a mess. Can someone tell me where this sensor is supposed to plug into? It's zip tied to the aluminum bumper. 🙄

It appears this car has had the radiator and fan replaced after an accident. Wrong fan (no sensor plug) and different radiator. The plot thickens.

Is there a picture or diagram that shows exactly where this temp sensor plugs in? I may need to order another fan and i want one that has this correct temperature sensor receptacle. Apparently, both are available, with or without. Cheers.

SOAKY SENSOR...

currently I do not... I see this part being in high demand.

A2045421318... an expensive temp sensor module

I bet its once-waterproof connector gets rain soaked to fail.

I think it's connected behind the radiator fan shroud.
