"Rear left/right seat backrest not locked" after SAM replacement
Replaced rear SAM module after original one went faulty due to accumulated water. Couldn't get exact module for my car so got a bit newer 2nd hand one. Now every time door is opened I am getting errors "Rear left/right seat backrest not locked". My car doesn't have sensors at backrest.
Is there any way to make it ignore those errors?
Thinking of putting hard wire to related switches in SAM module to emulate the rear seat sensors.

First i would compare the old sam to the new one and see if the fuse layout matches. If not try removing or adding fuses where needed.
another possibility would be to find the wiring diagram and see if a fuse covers those locks and maybe remove that fuse.
After all that it's possible you just need the new Sam programmed to work on your car.
