Hi guys had this pop up the other night after 25 30 mins of driving it made the car go into a sort of limp mode where I coupled get over 40 or 45mph
Turning of the ignition and firing it back up let it run normal for the next 40 or so mins but it did do it again today. 120k miles , the car is under warranty so I'm having it diagnosed tomorrow at a local indi but just wanted to ask on here of it's a common fault and what might have caused it.
Do you have your own scan tool? I don't know what that error means, but sometimes a sensor gets corrupted and needs to be recalibrated. You may need to use XENTRY to recalibrate or initialize the indicator sensor. Let us know what happens.
So the Merc indi I dropped it off to today has said they can not see any faults with the car and no codes. So they are trying to get the car to grow the code but having no luck.
