Very handsome looking wagon ! IMO, even better looking lines than the sedan.
Next time you take photos of your car, may I suggest that you pay attention to the backgrounds. You don't want to have trees 'emerging' from your car's pano roof !
Otherwise, some very decent pics !

Haha. To me, it makes it look nicer. Somebody would say poser, but if you think about it, the car already has amg sport package, steering wheel. Heck, even the floor mat says AMG. So, how is the badge going to ruin it?

**Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG Sport
I guess I'll just de-badge my next C63 and add the C300/400 for fun.

Hey, it's your car. Do whatever you wish.
Not everybody can afford an AMG. And although I do, I wouldn't spend that much on a car. It's just for some reason, I happen to like the AMG logo long before I own a Benz, and before I even know what AMG means. So, no, I'm not trying to make my car look fast. I just want it to look like the way I want it. So, pardon me if I offended your AMG status. Geez...

Excellent photos, indeed! Good control of backgrounds, except, as DerekACS points out, the photo with the tree growing out of the pano roof. Good examples for others!

German Mercedes website has photographs (not artwork), 360° views, and virtual drives
Wouldn't it be nice if the MBUSA website had images more accurate than rather unrealistic artist's impressions? For you researchers and new owners who can't wait for delivery, the German website has 360° views that that appear to be actual photographs. Use caution, these are the colors available in Germany. Some of the colors do not appear identical to colors available in the U.S. In particular, the blue appears lighter and brighter. The brown appears darker and less "golden".
The link is http://www.mercedes-benz.de/content/...?isflipfocus=1.
When the "360° Fahrerlebis" ("360° driving experience") finishes loading, the different color chips will come up at the bottom. (If you see a pop-up about "Cookies", hit "Schliessen", lower-right.) You can click and drag the rotatable image, to see how it looks in different angles of sunshine. This link will load with "Diamantsilber metallic". Mouse over the sixth color chip from the left and a tool-tip reading "Palladiumsilber metallic" will pop up.
When you are finished with the 360° view, click on "Jetzt losfahren" ("Now drive") in the upper-right corner. The rotatable image will change to a drive through city streets and corniche highways, with changing conditions of sun and shade. Don't be impatient; driving in full sun appears near the end of the filmed drive. During the "drive", you can change the color of the car by clicking on "Farben und Felgen ändern" ("Change colors and rims"). The color chips will re-appear, but the change in color will be effective only from that point on in the "drive". If you want to see a different color from the beginning of the "drive", wait until the end of the "drive". Click on "Zur 360° Ansicht" ("To 360° view"). You will be back at the beginning, where you can change colors, do further 360° views, or start a new "drive".

Great link, and thanks for that! You're absolutely correct, why can't we have something comparable on the mbusa.com site? I'd love to see that beautiful red offered here as well. Perhaps it will be available in 2016 when the lease on my bimmer is up.

A good source photos of actual cars are the used car listings on Mercedes web sites, such as the UK one: http://used.mercedes-benz.co.uk/
Enter "SW1A 1AA" as the post code (Buckingham Palace) and choose "National" from the drop-down list.
Choose the C Class, and then the "Saloon" (sedan) model.
Move the price range to a minimum of £25000.
Set the maximum for the age to one year (drag it fully to the left).
Choose the silver colour (third from the end).
Press "Search" and it'll display any matching cars. It won't distinguish between different colours of silver, so you'll get Iridium and the other silver colour too, but it will display Palladium Silver cars, albeit in UK specification.

W205 C400 AMG (Sedan)
Somehow cannot resist the impression these 360° views are CGI and look kinda fake to me, in particular when the car is in motion.
Makes it a bit tricky to get the true reflection of the colour.
Or am I making little sense?
