This electric blue with those tires makes it look like a speed demon

I was originally looking for the Luxury model but there were none available or built at the time.
This is a true baby blue S Class

This is the exact car I am suppose to take delivery of in a months time. Saw someone taking delivery and couldn't stop taking pictures of it. What a beauty... can't wait!

We don't have an option list to choose from back here, what happens is that we just have 4 models out now on sale all C180's and you choose what closely fits you.

Anyone with a black Avantgarde too here that would like to share his baby S?

Picked up a c400 last weekend and am loving it! It is fully loaded minus the airmatic suspension.

Thank you Manuel. We are all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view.

People on the forum have a problem with the looks of this car, and I do, too. Every time I look at it, I get this expression on my face ... I think it's the same expression that would appear if my forehead were beat with a nightstick at medium force.

Looks great. I was tempted to get white again. That AMG pack is sure proving to be popular! I reckon that 80% of the reviews and owner photos out there all have that option ticked.

The silver devil is home....mind the red guts

USB phone tethering works on Canadian models and its relatively fast...

To tint or not to tint...that is the question

Congrats jbbeauso! Your new C400 is hot. Mine should arrive this Friday. Ours have the same color combo and I do not plan to tint. Currently I have a silver C300 loaner from my dealership and feel that the windows already have some degree of tinting. Definitely I am not going to hide my red seats!

What a lovely ride! Hey btw... is that the normal spacing for your car parks over there? Double lines between spaces - damn, I can only wish for that kind of acreage here. Our spaces seem to be getting narrower every year. I'm having nightmares about parking my Benz already.

Thanks! No it is not normal... The exception being the Costco parking lot where people buy in bulk/wholesale

I live in Canada and not the US, so I won't take that personally :-)

They come with Summers? That's weird.

Mine has All Seasons. Never had to use Snows before (even my previous RR had a M&S stamped Summers all year around)

Those fronts says 89H. The OEM load rating for my stock 19" Pirelli's are 93 in the front and 95 (I think) in the back....I could be wrong but I'm thinking you might be running the risk of a blow out running tires with load ratings less than OEM.....

The sport package gives you 19" rims and a higher speed rating on summer tires...all seasons are "ok" in snow but summers are out of the question

I purchased these tires from the dealer. They were approved and installed by the dealer. I questioned this also and was assured it was OK to use these tires. I actually independently contacted Tire Rack and they confirmed these tires are appropriate for the C400 based on the weight of the car and the load rating of the tires. There are very few options for run flat snow tires for the 19 inch wheels; this may be the only one. I didn't want to swap out the wheels or go with non run flat tires.

The 19" multi spoke wheels come with summer tires. 18" tires are all-season.

did you swap for winter gears yet? My dealer in Mississauga quoted CAD2792$ tax and labour in for a set of 18" snows.

my local tire23 (a shop which i trust that has integrity) charges for around 1500 or so.

what was your number?
