We all know that the vid is 50% BS.
The only design effort that was put into the W205 exterior was figuring out how to make the S class smaller.
The interior is unique though.

Love all those clay models. They almost gave it a widescreen nav setup in the prototype. Also they almost gave it a rear end that looks a lot like the S class coupe
