I asked about resale value as I would imagine that the brighter 'non-standard' colours may be a hard sale afterwards, whereas the whites/blacks/greys would be more desirable.
Mine is a keeper too but I'm almost certain mine will be diamond white.
I am currently in exactly same situation as you were, will change my car and will take a C-Class, trying to decide if Blue or Red as you were thinking, The color of the interior will be grey.
White is a cool color as well I like it, but us not nice with grey color abd definetly I do not like red and do not want black, so is why I am thinking in blue or red
yes I agree in whole Europe is available for all C-class modeles including estate and sedan. I am thinking in the blue for estate. I need to decide tomorrow or Tuesday lattest, jejeje Hard decision. So far blue is winning.
I think ALL the colors are really really nice. "Usually" people have some memory/history and they chose a color to tickle those fancies. For e.g. your home exterior is white, then a white looks real dashing, and vice versa.

I just checked with my dealer and the delivery dates are crazy. For Briliant Blue is lattest middle of September and for hyacint red metallic is end of the year
So I think blue will be. Do you think is worhted to wait half year for red?

This combination was exactly as I had specified on the C class. It doesn't photograph well and goes from Orange to burgundy as you put more wax on. It's another route to ponder...
I always liked classic color combinations. My current Alfa Giulietta is black with a red leather interior. For a Mercedes silver with a red interior is a classic combination. But you see it so much it gets a bit cliché. So i decided to get a black C-class with sattelbrown leather. Just like the 600 pullman :-)
